“I never thought it would be this much fun” – take a peek at the summer job atmosphere
“I never thought it would be this much fun and that we would bond so well,” says Pinja Siukola. She is one of around 30 summer workers at YTK, most of whom work as service specialists in benefits processing.
“Summer workers are important to us, and we want to ensure they have the best possible experience of working life. This includes thorough induction training and a warm working atmosphere. This year, in addition to remote work, we wanted all summer workers to work together at the office, too. This has really strengthened the team spirit,” says Anne Pihlava, Chief Human Resources Officer at YTK.

Unemployment fund membership is worthwhile even at a young age – recommend YTK

It is important to inform young people, as many are unaware about this, or do not know what unemployment funds are in the first place.
