RULES OF THE DRAW

Reading and accepting these rules is a condition of entry into the prize draw.

1.     Organiser and partner

The draw organiser:

2.     Eligibility

The prize draw is open to all YTK members who responded to the Share your job search story survey during 16.6.–31.7.2026 and submitted their contact information, with the exceptions listed below.

Employees of the Organiser involved in the conduct of the draw are not eligible to enter the draw. The Organiser reserves the right, without notice, to disregard any entry not made in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Each person may enter the prize draw only once. Multiple entries by the same person will be disqualified.

By entering the prize draw, the entrant agrees to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Organiser taken in accordance with them.

3.     Deadline for participation

The prize draw is open during 16.6.–31.7.2026, unless otherwise stated. Entries made outside the entry period will not be accepted.

4.     Participation

You can enter the prize draw by answering the survey and submitting your contact information.

5.     Prizes

The winner of the draw will receive a gift card to S-Group. A total of 10 prizes will be drawn.

The value of the prize is 150 €.

The prize or part of it cannot be exchanged, converted into cash or transferred to another person. The Organiser is responsible for all costs related to the prize draw. The Organiser reserves the right to exchange the prize entered for another of equivalent value.

6.         The draw

The draw will take place during week 32.

The YTK will organise a draw and draw the winner. The Organiser will contact the winners personally. If the winner cannot be contacted at the contact details provided at the time of entry within seven working days of the draw, the Organiser will draw a new winner.

The Organiser will pay any expenses that may be payable in respect of the prizes. The winner may choose not to accept the prize.

7.         Responsibility of the organiser

The prize winner releases the Organiser and the Prize Draw Partner from liability for any injury or damage caused or alleged to have been caused by participation in this prize draw or the receipt or use of the prize. In no event shall the Organiser’s liability to any entrant exceed the value or amount of the prizes set out in these Rules.

Neither the Organiser nor the Partner shall be liable for any typographical errors, errors in entrants’ contact details or any IT-related impediments to entry, receipt or use of the prize.

The foregoing limitations of liability are without prejudice to any liability which cannot be excluded or limited by consumer protection law, product liability law or other mandatory legislation.

8.         Processing of personal data

Any personal data you provide in connection with your participation in the prize draw will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. The privacy policy can be found here.

9.         Intellectual property rights

The rights to the material used in the conduct of the prize draw and related intellectual property rights belong to the Organiser or the Partner. Any use of the material related to the prize draw is prohibited without the prior written consent of the Organiser.

10.      Changes to the rules and interpretation

The Organiser reserves the right to change the rules. Any changes to the rules will be announced on the YTK website. The Organiser may also correct or amend the rules to correct any typographical or other errors during the period of entry to the draw. Any ambiguities in the application and interpretation of the rules of the draw will be resolved by the Organiser.
