Switching to e-invoicing will make life easier for you, for us and for the world. It’s the most convenient way to make sure your bills are paid on time. See below for instructions on how to order an e-invoice.

Two options for ordering an e-invoice  

You can make an e-invoice authorisation directly in your online bank. You can also order it through OmaYTK.  

Make an e-invoice mandate in your online bank  

1. Sign in to your online bank  

2. Follow the instructions of your online bank to order an e-invoice  

3. You need your membership number and the invoice reference number. You can find them on your invoice or in OmaYTK under “Membership Fees” and from there “Invoice details”  

Order an e-invoice proposal in OmaYTK  

1. Log in To OmaYTKand click on the bar on the right “Switch to e-invoice” and select your bank from the list  

2. Click on “Send e-invoice proposal”  

3. The e-invoice proposal will arrive in your online bank within 1-3 business days, awaiting your approval.  

4. Please accept the proposal within 30 days or it will expire and the order will not be processed. In some banks’ mobile app, e-bill proposals are not visible. However, you can go to the browser version of your online bank to approve the proposal.
